With offices in San Diego, Laguna Niguel and Miami, this cross-border consulting firm specializes in assisting U.S. and Latin American countries in working together, as well as in researching and defining USA Hispanic markets. Special emphasis on Mexico. We serve organizations which recognize a value for professional, experienced guidance as they pursue cross-cultural business. In 6 years, increased sales and profits in real terms, and gained market share.

As Sr. V.P.-Int'l. for Clark Equip. Credit Corp., managed captive finance co's. in Mexico, Brazil, & Australia, plus U.S. export portfolio. Also responsible for funding operations for Overseas subs. Asset responsibility grew exponentially, and ROA results consistently exceeded 1.5% in credit operations.

  • Ford Motor Co. - Prior to promotion to corporate finance staff in Dearborn, MI, worked in Cost Analysis/Industrial Engineering management development program at Pico Rivera (Calif.) assembly plant. Completed MBA under company-sponsored scholarship, while working at Ford.

Eagle Scout at age 14. Served as Vice-chairman of Michigan District Export Council, presided over school boards in Michigan and Brazil, chaired county Republicans in Michigan, served on advisory board of EXIMBANK in Washington D.C. and board of American Society in So Paulo. Past president of Institute of Latin Professionals in San Diego, former Chairman of Advisory Board of Center For U.S.-Mexico Studies at Univ. of California at San Diego, and member of International Advisory Board of Institute of the Americas (La Jolla, CA.).
